This property showed up last minute after we had booked a hotel. Knowing it was spring break, it fit all the things we needed and were looking for with 5 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and lots of areas on the property for the kids to enjoy. I'd definitely recommend it. Bonus points for the nice ride into Alpine and Terlingua, if going the other way.
