Our Story

I married into Alpine more than 25 years ago when I met my husband, who was born and raised here. Having grown up on a cotton farm, rural living was familiar to me—but I never expected to fall in love with the desert mountains. Alpine and the entire Big Bend region are truly unlike anywhere else, and over the years this remarkable place has become home.
My love for the area and my passion for hospitality came together when I had the opportunity to manage short-term rentals for a neighbor. Not long after, I founded Bienvenido Big Bend and have continued to grow a portfolio of thoughtfully cared-for vacation homes in Alpine.
I am honored that homeowners have entrusted me with managing their beautiful properties, and I love sharing the beauty and spirit of Big Bend with the guests who choose to stay in them. My team and I take great pride in providing clean, comfortable, and welcoming homes where visitors can relax, explore, and experience everything this special region has to offer.
